
Our Programs
Parent & Tot (Ages 18 months – 3 years):
Our Parent & Tot classes are the perfect introduction to movement, coordination, and fun! Designed for toddlers and their caregivers, this class encourages physical development through age-appropriate activities including climbing, rolling, jumping, balancing, and basic tumbling—all in a safe, playful environment. Parents actively participate, helping to guide their child through circuits and stations while bonding through movement. Our certified instructors lead with energy and encouragement, making this a fun and engaging class that supports early motor skill development, confidence, and social interaction.
Tumble Bunnies (Ages 3 – 5 years):
Tumble Bunnies is a high-energy, beginner-level class designed just for our littlest movers! This program introduces preschoolers to the fundamentals of gymnastics and tumbling in a playful, confidence-building environment. Through creative circuits, obstacle courses, and skill-focused games, athletes will learn basic skills such as rolls, jumps, balances, and beginner cartwheels—all while developing coordination, strength, and listening skills. With upbeat music and enthusiastic coaches, your little one will hop, skip, and tumble their way to fun and fitness!
Recreational Gymnastics (Ages 6 & up):
Our Recreational Gymnastics program is designed for athletes of all levels to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. Classes focus on fundamental gymnastics skills across all apparatuses—including floor, beam, bars, and vault—while promoting proper technique and body awareness. Whether your child is brand new to gymnastics or building on existing skills, our experienced coaches tailor instruction to help each athlete progress at their own pace. This is a great class for kids who want to stay active, build friendships, and enjoy the sport without the pressure of competition.
Tumbling Classes (Ages 6 & up):
Our Tumbling Classes are designed to help athletes of all levels build strength, flexibility, and confidence in their tumbling skills. From beginner rolls and cartwheels to advanced skills like handsprings, tucks, layouts, etc. We offer personalized instruction in a safe and supportive environment. Whether your athlete is just starting out or looking to perfect advanced skills, our coaches emphasize proper technique and progressions to ensure safe and steady improvement. Tumbling classes are a great addition to any cheerleader’s training—or perfect for anyone who loves to flip!

Intro to Cheer (Ages 6 & up):
Our Intro to Cheer program is the perfect starting point for athletes who are new to cheerleading. This beginner-friendly class focuses on the fundamentals—basic motions, jumps, simple stunts, and dance—in a fun, supportive, and energetic environment. Athletes will build confidence, coordination, and teamwork while getting a feel for what cheerleading is all about. No experience is necessary—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Novice Teams (Ages 6 & up):
Our Novice teams are ideal for athletes who are new to cheerleading or still building their foundational skills. These teams focus on developing confidence, teamwork, and basic cheer techniques—including motions, jumps, stunts, and tumbling—in a fun and supportive environment. Novice teams practice once a week and will showcase what they've learned with a performance for parents at the end of the session. It’s a great way for athletes to gain experience without the pressure of higher-level competition.
Prep Teams (Ages 6 & up):
Prep teams are a great next step for athletes with some cheer experience or those ready for more commitment than a Novice team. These teams focus on developing stronger skills in stunting, tumbling, jumps, and dance, while continuing to build confidence and teamwork. Prep athletes practice twice a week and will perform their routine at local competitions as well as at our end-of-year showcase. With a balance of challenge and fun, Prep teams provide a competitive cheer experience without the full-time demands of elite programs.
All-Star Cheer (Ages 8 & up):
Our All-Star Cheer Program is built for athletes ready to elevate their skills in a competitive and high-energy environment. All-Star teams train multiple times per week with a focus on advanced stunting, tumbling, jumps, choreography, and overall performance. Athletes compete at local and, potentially, international events, proudly representing our gym on every stage. This program demands dedication, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence—perfect for driven athletes who are passionate about cheerleading and motivated to reach their full potential.
Flyer Flexibility Classes (Ages 6 & up):
Stretch your limits! Our Flexibility Classes are designed to improve range of motion, body control, and overall mobility—key components for cheerleading, tumbling, and dance. Athletes will work through safe, targeted stretches to enhance splits, back flexibility, and shoulder mobility, all while building core strength and injury prevention.
Perfect for flyers, dancers, and anyone wanting to improve their flexibility in a fun and supportive environment!
Strength & Conditioning Classes (Ages 6 & up):
Build power, endurance, and confidence! Our Strength & Conditioning Classes are designed to help athletes improve overall fitness, enhance performance, and reduce the risk of injury. Through a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, cardio, and core work, athletes will develop the strength and stamina needed for cheerleading, tumbling, and other high-impact sports.
These classes are perfect for all skill levels and focus on safe technique, proper form, and steady progress in a supportive environment.
Private & Semi-Private Lessons:
Looking for personalized attention to boost your skills? Our Private and Semi-Private Lessons offer focused, one-on-one or small group coaching tailored to your athlete’s specific goals. Whether it's tumbling, stunting, flexibility, or technique refinement, our experienced coaches will customize each session to help athletes progress faster and build confidence.
